By using our website www.goldeneffect.eu and placing an order, the user agrees to the following Terms and Conditions and User Agreement. These terms apply to all offers and agreements of Golden Effect (hereinafter referred to as “Golden Effect”), which supplies products and/or services via the website. Please read these carefully to fully understand what you can expect from us and what obligations you have.

• Website: The Golden Effect website, found at www.goldeneffect.eu including all related subdomains.
• User/Consumer: The natural person who visits the Website or uses the services, products, or information offered via the Website.
• Product(s): The hair care products offered via the Website.
• Agreement: Any agreement between Golden Effect and the Consumer, including associated services, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and to all agreements concluded via the Website between Golden Effect and the Consumer. By using the Website or placing an order, the Consumer fully accepts these conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; the most recent version is always published on the Website.
Article 3. Prices and Payment
• Prices: All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Golden Effect reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made using the payment methods offered on the website. All payments are secure and encrypted.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout and are the responsibility of the Consumer, unless otherwise specified.
Article 4. Orders and Agreement Formation
An agreement is formed when the Consumer accepts Golden Effect’s offer by placing an order and completing the payment. After electronic acceptance, the Consumer receives confirmation via email. Golden Effect reserves the right to refuse an order or impose additional conditions.
Article 5. Delivery
Golden Effect ships products as soon as possible after receiving the order, usually within 1–3 working days. If a product is temporarily unavailable, the Consumer will be informed. Golden Effect is not liable for delays or damage during shipping unless directly caused by Golden Effect.
Article 6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt, provided that:
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer;
• Any received gifts are also returned if the returned order no longer meets promotional conditions.

Golden Effect recommends using a track & trace service for returns. Refunds are processed within a few days after receiving the return, using the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Article 7. Warranty and Conformity
Our products are carefully formulated and meet the legal standards of quality and usability. Golden Effect guarantees that all products match the stated specifications.
The effectiveness of hair care products depends on personal factors such as hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle, and overall health. Results may vary from person to person, and Golden Effect cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

If a product is damaged or contains an error, please report this via email within a reasonable time after discovery. We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with legal regulations.
