How do I use the Intense Growth Hair Serum?

Does the serum make the hair greasy?
No, the Intense Growth Hair Serum does not make your hair greasy.

How soon will I see results from the Intense Growth Hair Serum?
We recommend applying 2 pipettes of the serum to your scalp once a day and massaging it in well. For visible results, it’s important to use the product consistently for at least 6 weeks. Results may vary from person to person, but on average you can expect noticeable improvement after 6 weeks.
Will my hair fall out again if I stop using the Intense Growth Hair Serum?
Our serum works in a natural way by nourishing the scalp and supporting the hair follicles. If you stop using it, the newly grown hair will not fall out, but the growth process may slow down. Think of it like a daily face cream — continuous use gives the best results.
How often can I use a scalp scrub?
We recommend using it a maximum of once per week to maintain a healthy balance of the scalp.
Is a scalp scrub a replacement for shampoo?

Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50 we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
How can I return a product?
Returns can be made within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Check our returns page for instructions.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
Yes, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
When will I receive my money back?
Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the amount within a few business days via the original payment method.
