Are the products suitable for every hair type?
Yes, our products are designed for different hair types and specific hair and scalp problems. We offer free personal hair consultation via chat on our website.
How do I use the Intense Growth Hair Serum?
Apply a few drops daily to a clean scalp. Massage gently with fingertips. The serum does not need to be rinsed out.
Can I use Golden Effect during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
You can safely use all our products during pregnancy and breastfeeding. They are designed to actively combat hair loss during and after pregnancy.
Are the products suitable for children?
Yes, most of our products are child-friendly and safe to use. Please note: The Scalp Scrubs are specifically designed for the adult scalp and may be too powerful for younger users. We recommend these products for adults only.
Are the products tested on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals. They are completely cruelty-free

Via the chat function on our website, you are in direct contact with a hair expert. This way you receive customized advice, tailored to your hair and scalp needs.
Can I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will be happy to see what is possible.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders under €50 we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
How can I return a product?
Returns can be made within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Check our returns page for instructions.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
Yes, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
When will I receive my money back?
Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the amount within a few business days via the original payment method.
