RETURN CONDITIONS

When returning an item, it is important that it meets the return conditions below. If an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the return. In this case, we will again charge shipping costs to return the item to you.

  • The return shipping costs are for the customer.
  • The order must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not have been used or opened.
  • Returns must take place within the return period of 14 days.
  • If you have received gifts as part of an exclusive promotion on our website and you decide to return your order (in part or in full), you must also return the gifts received. This condition only applies if you no longer meet the terms of the relevant promotion; otherwise it does not apply.

Compliance with these conditions is essential for proper handling of returns. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the non-returned gifts being deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To make your return hassle-free, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact support@goldeneffect.eu to request a return form. This form is essential for smooth processing of your return
  2. Fill out the return form carefully and add it to your return package. This helps us to quickly identify and process your return.
  3. Take your package to a post office to return it to us. Shipping costs are at your own expense.
  4. Send the package to the following address:

  5. Once we receive the package, we will check the contents to make sure everything is in good condition.
  6. Upon approval of the return, a refund will be issued within a few days via the original payment method. 


Please note that the refund will include the amount of the returned items, excluding shipping costs.
