We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen occasionally that an order breaks down during transport or something else happens that allows you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
Reflection period / Return
Occasionally you may wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product after all, or perhaps there is some other reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. To return your order, you can use our return number free of charge. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
